1. Free local courier service or "Self pick-up by SF" within HK area. Additional shipping fee of HK$30 is charged for remote area i.e. airport, Outlying Islands, Discovery Bay, Cyberport). International shipping fee will be calculated upon check-out.

2. If customers selected self pick-up option with over 100 pick-up points at SF Express during office hour, Customers will receive a sms message for pick-up. Regarding all the enquiries on delivery/pick-up status and issues, please contact SF Express directly once sms message has been sent. If in case of any delay in arranging delivery or pick-up, surcharged of HK$40 is required.

3. Shipping Fee only covers first-time successful delivery. In case of undelivered and parcel shall be returned to SASSOU JAPAN, customers are required to be responsible for the shipping cost for second time delivery. In case of cancelling order after delivery, there will be a handling charge of 10% of the total order amount, and the remaining amount to be refunded within 14 working days.

4. Confirmed orders will be send out in 2-3 working days.
